The Enterprise Applications Technical Program Manager / Release Manager will be responsible for supporting delivery of several Salesforce projects and enterprise initiatives, as well as oversight of application development through the software development life cycle process and leading teams in translating business requirements into functioning software systems, services and solutions. S/he is expected to follow industry best practices for implementing and managing release processes for configuration and code through all environments. The successful candidate will participate in technical design for solutions delivered on the Salesforce platform, collaborate with analysts, third-party developers, and business product owners as appropriate.

  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner teams in grooming the backlog and performing sprint planning
  • Own delivery of CRM-related enhancements; identify roadblocks and find ways to remove/work around them
  • Maintain full ownership of communication around CRM initiatives; provide effective cross-functional communication to both technology & business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Application's team members to refine current processes and best practices. Make recommendations for more efficient future-state processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leadership to ensure a deep understanding of changing business needs and priorities.
  • Adopt and communicate new concepts, ideas, techniques, best practices and technology assistance.


  • Experience working on large programs with global project teams.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with integration platforms and solutions.
  • Evidence of shaping innovative solutions that have a major impact within the business area and organization.
  • A self-starter with high levels of drive, energy, resilience and a desire for professional excellence.
  • Ability to influence teams to a future state while understanding the need to make practical decisions along the way.
  • Excellent facilitation, discovery, analysis, and prototyping skills.
  • Experience with version control, managing sandboxes and using automated deployment tool.
  • Experienced with estimating software development
  • 8+ years IT experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects in Agile environment:
    • Proven experience using JIRA to manage enhancement backlog, initiative roadmaps & general Agile processes
    • Proven experience optimizing delivery velocity through effective distribution and assignment of tasks
    • Strong familiarity with Release Management best practices and processes
    • Proven experience as Scrum Master
    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required
    • Salesforce Administration or Development certification preferred
