Job description
Who We Are
Great Minds is a high-growth, mission-driven organization founded by educators in 2007. As a for-profit, Public Benefit Corporation, we believe all students deserve access to meaningful, challenging content—and all teachers deserve tools that are intuitive, effective, and built for the realities of today’s classrooms.
We develop high-quality, knowledge-rich math, science and ELA curricula grounded in research and designed in collaboration with educators. Our materials reflect real classroom needs and are built to drive lasting student outcomes.
We are committed to usability, coherence, and practical implementation—supporting teachers not just through curriculum, but with professional learning, purposeful technology, and responsive service that enable strong adoption and impact.
What We Build
Our products—Eureka Math and Eureka Math², Wit & Wisdom, Geodes, and the newly launched Arts & Letters ELA—are trusted by thousands of schools and districts nationwide.
Eureka Math is the most widely used math curriculum in the U.S., and is focused on balancing conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, and application.
Wit & Wisdom® and Arts & Letters ELA™ anchor our reading strategy with content-rich, grade-level instruction that integrates literature, history, and the arts, grounded in the science of reading. Geodes® complements our reading suite with decodable texts that pair phonics with meaningful content to support early literacy.
These programs reflect a shared belief in high expectations, joyful rigor, and deep respect for educators and students.
Where We’re Headed
Great Minds is entering a new stage of growth and product maturity. We are focused on building more connected, customer-informed experiences across the full educator journey—from curriculum to professional learning to platform and support.
Our long-term vision is to become a true partner in impact—not just delivering curriculum, but supporting educators in achieving outcomes at scale.
Job Purpose
The Senior Website Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Great Minds' marketing website. Reporting to the Director, Web Strategy and Digital Marketing, this role owns the publishing workflow, CMS page production, quality assurance, and site health monitoring. The Website Manager brings attention to creative detail when assembling pages, producing layouts that are visually polished and aligned with the established design direction.
Beyond operations, the Senior Website Manager leads the execution of page optimization and experimentation — implementing A/B and multivariate tests, personalization, monitoring performance, and reporting results in partnership with marketing stakeholders. The right candidate is highly organized, analytically minded, detail-oriented with a creative eye, and comfortable working inside a modern CMS environment.
Responsibilities
CMS Operations & Page Production
Build and publish web pages using the CMS component library — assembling layouts, populating content fields, and configuring page structures without requiring custom development
Manage the publishing workflow — intake, scheduling, review routing, and go-live coordination across contributors
Maintain CMS hygiene: user permissions, template integrity, component usage standards, and content organization
Partner with the UX designer and developer on component requests, template updates, and CMS configuration changes
Page Optimization & Experimentation
Lead the execution of A/B and multivariate tests — setting up experiments in the platform, implementing variants, and monitoring results
Partner with the key stakeholders to translate optimization hypotheses and content strategies into live experiments
Report test results clearly, with recommendations for next steps, to our marketing partners
Maintain an optimization backlog, tracking what has been tested, what is in progress, and what is queued
Monitor CTA performance, page engagement metrics, and conversion paths — surfacing patterns and flagging opportunities for improvement
Quality Assurance
Execute QA checks before every publish: cross-browser and mobile rendering, link integrity, form functionality, accessibility compliance, and metadata accuracy
Own the staging environment review process as part of the four-stage release workflow (Local → Review → Stage → Production)
Identify and triage site issues, coordinating resolution with the developer as appropriate
Site Health & Performance Monitoring
Monitor Core Web Vitals, uptime, redirect integrity, and crawl health on an ongoing basis
Flag technical performance regressions and work with the developer to resolve them
Maintain redirect maps and ensure URL hygiene across site updates and content migrations
Governance & Process
Enforce the website governance framework in day-to-day operations — intake process, approval routing, and release cadence
Maintain documentation for publishing standards, CMS workflows, and page production guidelines
Support onboarding of new content contributors to CMS tools and publishing standards
Job requirements
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a web operations, digital production, or CMS management role
Hands-on experience with a modern headless or component-based CMS (Storyblok, Contentful, Webflow, or similar)
Experience setting up and managing A/B or multivariate tests using tools such as Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, or similar
Comfort reading and interpreting performance data in GA4 or equivalent analytics platforms
Strong QA instincts — you catch what others miss before it goes live
Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, basic SEO hygiene, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
Clear communicator who can coordinate across marketing contributors, developers, and stakeholders
Experience in a B2B or education organization is a plus
