Responsibilities

  • Developing apex code in scratch org and unmanaged packages
  • Developing aura components and visualforce pages
  • Code refactoring
  • Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
  • Assist in Lightning Transition
  • Assist with Einstein Analytics data model or development as needed
  • Meetings with stakeholders to determine CRM needs
  • Writing documents and providing technical training to support staff and end-users
  • Maintaining the security, validation, and data integrity through profiles, permission sets, and validation rules

Job requirements

  • Salesforce Developer I Certification required
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required
  • Salesforce CPQ Certification preferred
  • Salesforce Einstein Analytics Certification preferred
  • 3+ years of experience developing apex in Classic and Lightning environments
  • 2+ years of experience in Visualforce
  • 2+ years of experience in Lightning Web Components (with or without Aura)
  • 1+ years of experience using scratch orgs and unmanaged packages via Salesforce CLI
  • Must have lightning transition experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain functionality to the end-users
  • Experience with git and source control
  • Understanding the unique business requirements of internal users, and translating/presenting those needs into a compelling vision and roadmap
  • Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment
  • Advanced technical skills
  • Experience collaborating with agile and engineering teams
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to lead a project
  • Minimum of BA/BS degree

Location: Washington, DC, or remote in the Eastern or Central US time zones
