Reporting to the Order Management - Senior Manager, the Senior Order Processing Specialist – Triage position works directly with the Senior Manager to oversee a team dedicated to the day to day of management of order processing.


  • Understanding of Purchase Order validation process
  • Serve as liaison between internal Great Minds departments related to order processing
  • Manage the Large Order Management process
  • Perform audits to ensure orders are progressing through the workflow
  • Identify and document occurrences that deviate from defined procedures
  • Analyze processes and continually make improvements to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Support strong working relationships with our vendors and customers
  • Perform audits to ensure orders are progressing through the workflow
  • Identify and document occurrences that deviate from defined procedures
  • Develop workflows aimed at improving the customer experience with order management
  • Develop and implement key SOPs within areas of responsibility



  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 4 years’ experience in order management
  • Analytical ability necessary to gather and interpret data to further develop, recommend and implement solutions
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High degree of confidence utilizing technology
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills


  • Experience with Salesforce (CRM)
  • Experience with systems integration
  • Order management system experience
  • Washington DC metropolitan area location


  • Full-time
  • Pay based on experience

The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. For residents of the State of Colorado the expected salary range for this position is $38,436.78 – $43,890.00. This range may vary above and below the expected amounts in the State of Colorado. In addition to the Company's benefit offerings, the position may be eligible for additional annual incentives at the Company's discretion. Any offered salary and other incentives are based on market data, applicant skills and relevant experience, degrees, certifications and internal equity considerations.
