Job Purpose
In this remote position, the Senior GTM Specialist will report to the Senior Director, State Adoption GTM Strategy and will coordinate closely with colleagues across Sales, Policy, RFP, and Product teams. This role is focused on supporting Tier 2 state adoptions and cross-functional GTM planning, while also maintaining the State Adoption Hub as a central knowledge resource. The ideal candidate brings strong project management and organizational skills, enjoys synthesizing insights into actionable outputs, and can balance detail orientation with strategic awareness. This position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams, and ensure state adoption projects are executed with consistency and precision.
Responsibilities
Support go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for Tier 2 state adoptions, coordinating across functional teams.
Gather and synthesize market and field insights from Sales (RSDs, ASMs) and share updates to inform adoption planning.
Maintain and update the State Adoption Hub (SharePoint), ensuring resources are accurate, consistent, and accessible.
Provide light project management for adoption initiatives, including managing timelines, deliverables, and risk escalation.
Support discovery and planning phases for select states, including open territory and professional development opportunities.
Partner with internal stakeholders to track adoption intelligence, ensuring knowledge is captured and shared.
Assist in preparing materials, outlines, and updates for internal adoption reviews, leadership meetings, and cross-team updates.
Job requirements
Requirements
5+ years of experience in education, publishing, edtech, or related fields, ideally in GTM, strategy, or project management roles.
Strong organizational and project management skills; capable of prioritizing and delivering multiple projects on tight timelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize information clearly for varied audiences.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and knowledge management platforms (e.g., SharePoint).
Ability to work collaboratively across teams, while also operating independently and proactively.
Analytical skills and comfort turning disparate pieces of information into actionable recommendations.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience; Salesforce preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with state adoption processes and instructional materials markets.
Previous experience supporting GTM strategy, product positioning, or state adoption planning.
Solid organizational skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain knowledge management systems.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field, or equivalent business experience.
Preferred Education
Master’s degree in Education, Business, or related field.

The expected base salary range for this position is $94,000-$104,000, however the offered salary may be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
