This is a newly created role reporting into our Chief Success Officer. The Senior Director will manage Great Minds’ services businesses to support thousands of partner school and district customers in implementing the nation’s highest-rated curriculum products. Working with Product, Sales, and Success leadership, the Senior Director will build on pre-existing programming to create a growth engine, powering both quality implementation and new levels of scale.

You will manage a team of up to 350 that implement professional development and coaching across the country. You will further manage the company’s customer-facing implementation support services and will continue to develop new, innovative ways of meeting customer needs.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute national services strategy for Great Minds

  • Lead a complex implementation support and professional development services organization across all Great Minds product lines.

  • Develop a resourcing strategy that deploys people effectively to ensure efficiency while maintaining a high touch for clients.

  • Build, track and iterate metrics that track scale, efficacy, profitability, client impact and client success.

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships at the state and district level.

  • Create a culture of success across the organization where this team is constantly looking for ways to continuously improve and act as a key part of our feedback loop.

  • Maintain the tight relationship with Product to ensure content and curriculum align.

  • Maintain the tight relationship with Sales to ensure our resource mapping aligns with our sales pipeline.

  • Contribute to the development of a network of advocates for the mission of Great

  • Contribute to the innovation of new products, features, offerings, or marketing strategies to promote the mission of Great Minds

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 12+ years of relevant experience

  • Deep, senior-level experience leading large-scale services enterprises, preferably in education or other human services. Relevant experiences include senior decision- making roles within large-scale management consultancies, education service providers, and staffing or training organizations.

  • Successful experience supporting education-sector or other institutional customers, such as schools, universities, or governments

  • A track record of designing and operating service models aimed at effective implementation, scale, and financial sustainability.
