The Salesforce Developer's main objective is to implement Apex code, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, or integration as needs to solve a specific business need. Working closely with the Lead Developer and Application Engineer, the developer should be able to present solutions or develop around a given solution as needed in an Agile environment.

∙Meeting with project managers / Technical Leads to determine CRM needs.
∙Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
∙Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
∙Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
∙Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
∙Develop using Salesforce CLI & scratch org
∙Develop for Classic and/or Lightning as needed
∙Writing documents and providing technical training to support staff and end users
∙Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.


∙Salesforce Developer I certification (please submit resume under email address it can be verified with)

∙1+ Years experience developing in Classic and Lightning environments
∙1+ Years Experience using scratch orgs and unmanaged packages via Salesforce CLI
∙Experience with git and source control (GitLab or DevOps Preferred)
∙Experience in Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components
∙Understanding the unique business requirements of internal users, and translating/presenting those needs into a compelling vision and roadmap
∙Experience in Apex and Lightning Web Components (with or without Aura)
∙Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment
∙Advanced technical skills
∙Experience collaborating with agile and engineering teams
∙Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
