Reporting to the Salesforce Administration Lead, the Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the administration cloud-based software including Intacct, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Smartsheet.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical, analytical and problem-solving skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization. We are seeking a self-starter, with a bias towards action, who can recognize and make process improvement recommendations. You will also be self-motivated, team-oriented and passionate about technology and bringing a mindset of continuous improvement to the business operations. This is a cross-functional role that will support our rapidly-growing team, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and senior leadership.
The Salesforce Administrator assists with the ongoing development and support of salesforce.com deployment. The administrator works closely with functional leaders, various organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, support and deploy new business processes.
The Salesforce Admin administers maintenance and deploys configuration changes for the Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud platforms, as well as partners with the appropriate teams to resolve incidents and deliver enhancements.
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the CRM platform.
