Reporting to the Salesforce Administration Lead, the Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the administration cloud-based software including Intacct, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Smartsheet.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical, analytical and problem-solving skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization. We are seeking a self-starter, with a bias towards action, who can recognize and make process improvement recommendations. You will also be self-motivated, team-oriented and passionate about technology and bringing a mindset of continuous improvement to the business operations. This is a cross-functional role that will support our rapidly-growing team, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and senior leadership.

The Salesforce Administrator assists with the ongoing development and support of deployment. The administrator works closely with functional leaders, various organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, support and deploy new business processes.

The Salesforce Admin administers maintenance and deploys configuration changes for the Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud platforms, as well as partners with the appropriate teams to resolve incidents and deliver enhancements.

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the CRM platform.


  • Develop, run and manage dashboards & reports across the various departments
  • Preserve data quality via identifying/deleting records/ merging of duplicate records
  • Provide training to new employees
  • Producing functional and technical documentation
  • Create and manage page layouts, fields, profiles/user roles, and business rules (validations and workflow) to support business requirements.
  • Creates and maintains reports and dashboards
  • Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, and Security)
  • System configuration (maintenance, system enhancements/upgrades, etc.)
  • Creation of reports and dashboards
  • Develop and implement training for end-users
  • QA and regression testing
  • Assisting with UAT
  • Process Documentation
  • Data quality and integrity
  • Manage data imports, database de-duping and cleanup
  • Maintain and support daily Salesforce operations
  • Design, manage, and send all. electronic mass email communications for the company using Salesforce or API functions
  • Be responsible for maintaining. a high level of data integrity in Salesforce and all integrated applications
  • Communicate effectively with end-users in all aspects of problem-solving as well as design and rollout of new technology
  • Work efficiently with third-party technology support teams to solve problems and build enhancements as needed
  • Keep up with new releases of all third-party app integrations
  • Design and build business processes and workflows
  • Documentation of technical components/workflows/custom objects
  • Ability to review Salesforce org for clean-up/simplification where applicable
  • Responsible for managing and monitoring data back-ups and security of data flows/retention
  • Assists in the evaluation, scoping and completion of new development requests ensuring compliance with existing processes
  • Troubleshoots reported issues, working directly with SMEs as needed, monitoring key processes to ensure they are successful
  • Works with our IT team to establish new processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
  • Salesforce certification or progress towards certification via Trailhead
  • 3+ years of resolving technical issues
  • Technical and end-user documentation experience
  • Prior experience supporting a user base of at least 100 users At least 1 Full Life-Cycle SFDC or CRM Implementation
  • Experience in technical or functional role in at least one full- life cycle Salesforce implementations, with strong knowledge in at Salesforce CRM solutions of Service and Marketing Cloud
  • Experience in data and meta-data management across more than one sandbox.
  • Strong experience in object configuration, release and deployment management, on the Salesforce platform.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Development Life Cycle and Security architecture.
  • Over two years' experience working in a cloud based system and technology
  • Design and build business processes and workflows
  • Documentation of technical components/workflows/custom objects
  • Ability to review Salesforce org for clean-up/simplification where applicable
  • Responsible for managing and monitoring data back-ups and security of data flows/retention
