Reporting to the Sr. Salesforce Systems Administrator, the Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the administration cloud-based software including Intacct, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Smartsheet.


The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical, analytical and problem-solving skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization. We are seeking a self-starter, with a bias towards action, who can recognize and make process improvement recommendations. You will also be self-motivated, team-oriented and passionate about technology and bringing a mindset of continuous improvement to the business operations. This is a cross-functional role that will support our rapidly-growing team, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and senior leadership.





  • System configuration (maintenance, system enhancements/upgrades, etc.)
  • Creation of reports and dashboards
  • Develop and implement training for end-users
  • QA and regression testing
  • Assisting with UAT
  • Process Documentation
  • Data quality and integrity
  • Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, and Security)
  • Manage data imports, database de-duping and cleanup


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
  • Salesforce certification or progress towards certification via Trailhead
  • 3+ years of resolving technical issues
  • Technical and end-user documentation experience
  • Prior experience supporting a user base of at least 100 users At least 1 Full Life-Cycle SFDC or CRM Implementation
