The Sales Assistant will play an active role in achieving the organizational mission of Great Minds. Reporting directly to Inside Sales Manager, the Sales Assistant will be responsible for keeping the NYC Sales Team running at a high level of efficiency. This is an exceptional opportunity for a smart, dedicated, and passionate individual to apply his or her skills to support the business growth and mission of Great Minds.


Specifically, the Sales Assistant will:

  • Input FAMIS Orders
  • Screen leads and forward to the appropriate Account Solutions Manager/Inside Sales Manager
  • Delivery Follow-up for Certified Deliveries
  • PD follow up for Certified Deliveries
  • Invoicing Report – have visibility of payments and follow up with NYC AP, if needed


  • Some experience working with customers in a customer service or inside sales capacity
  • Highly organized and methodical (bookkeeping, collections, telemarketing experience fits)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • A strong passion for education
