The Sales Support Associate will play an active role in achieving the organizational mission of Great Minds. Reporting directly to the Customer Success Manager, the Sales Support Associate will be responsible for keeping the Sales Team running at a high level of efficiency. This is an exceptional opportunity for a smart, dedicated, and passionate individual to apply his or her skills to support the business growth and mission of Great Minds.

Specifically, the Sales Support Associate will:

  • Work with the Sales Team to create high volumes of new business and renewal quotes in Salesforce - the organization’s Customer Relations Management (CRM) tool
  • Assist in Salesforce data validation and management
  • Support the Sales Team with Professional Development requests, account research, invoice requests and issues, and materials returns
  • Assist in sales territory management when a Sales Team member unavailable
  • Collaborate with multiple program teams to stay informed of all new and ongoing developments and projects



  • Some experience working with customers in a Customer Service and/or Sales capacity
  • Highly organized, analytical, and methodical - some background in billing and billing systems preferred
  • Ability to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment and to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
  • Salesforce experience required
  • Self-motivated with excellent creative and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically in: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written communication skills
  • A strong passion for education
  • Bachelor's Degree
