Job Purpose

Reporting to the Manager, Sales Operations, the Sales Operations Representative position will support a variety of mission-critical workflows including case management, reporting, and lead assignment as a member of the Sales Operations team, which plays a key role in enabling the success and efficiency of the Sales organization by providing strategic support, operational execution, and continuous process improvement. Operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, this team works closely with Sales, Sales Support, Product Management, Marketing, Technology, Enablement, and Engineering to ensure the Sales team is equipped with the tools, data, and resources necessary to perform at a high level


Responsibilities

  • Case Management

    • Resolve a high volume of support cases related to user setup, data quality, system bugs, Salesvue support, and reporting.

    • Effectively manage a case queue, respond to Slack channel requests, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely resolution in alignment with SLA requirements.

    • Maintain current knowledge of internal processes, tools, and product offerings

  • System and Data Administration

    • Product and Pricing Support: Assist with pricing updates in Salesforce as needed.

    • Territory Management: Maintain accurate lead routing and territory assignments using tools such as Geopointe. Assist with new hire system set-up and transfer of opportunities, tasks, and leads to the appropriate team members for effective territory management.

    • Data Quality Initiatives: Maintain accurate data in Salesforce for Leads, Contacts, and Accounts and identify inaccuracies or areas of concern. Assist with data clean-up initiatives as necessary.

  • Specialized Focus Areas

    • Leads Management: Serve as the SME for lead-related processes. Monitor the leads-issue Slack channel, manage SQL contact reports, and upload leads to Salesvue plans daily.

    • Salesvue Management: Act as the point person for Salesvue, supporting plan uploads, troubleshooting issues, and managing the vendor relationship.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related administrative or support role

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable in a dynamic environment

  • Technical Proficiencies:

    • Salesforce (CRM): Experience in navigating and updating records, building reports, and troubleshooting issues

    • Excel/Google Sheets: Proficient in data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation

    • Salesvue (or similar tools): Knowledge of plan setup, uploads, and troubleshooting

    • Case Management Systems: Experience using platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce Cases, or Jira

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field—or equivalent work experience

The expected base salary range for this position is $52,000-$61,000, however the offered salary may be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
