The Sales Operations Associate position will play an important part within the operations of our Sales team. This role involves working on direct assignments from our Chief Sales Officer and our Inside Sales Director on a regular basis. An ideal candidate will be able to multitask and meet project deadlines with extreme efficiency. Candidates must have proficient knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Excel in order to succeed in this role.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Verifying commissions and spiffs.
  • Coordinating with our Finance, Operations and Professional Development teams to resolve a variety of issues.
  • Creating Sales Vue plans.
  • Setting up Salesforce Dashboards and Salesforce ad hoc reports.
  • Completing analysis work for the Inside Sales Director and Chief Sales Officer.
  • Conduct the training of members of our sales team and Customer Success Teams in all sales and sales related automation tools.
  • Complete a variety of tasks in both Salesforce and Microsoft Excel with extreme efficiency. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Salesforce certification or progress towards certification via Trailhead.
  • Outstanding listening, analytical, organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrates a high level of diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Strong work ethic, hands-on, with a customer service mentality.
  • Team player, ability to work cross-functionally, self-driven, motivated, and able to work under pressure.
