Role Overview

The Sales Intern will gain valuable work experience in a fast-paced and challenging environment that provides opportunities to learn from the organization’s executives, participate in fun office events, and meet other interns. Our interns work on real projects that impact our programs, giving them the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the future of our organization.


Specific Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the preparation of opportunities and quotes for customers
  • Supporting our customers by eloquently answering phone calls and emails
  • Assisting with organizing and shipping curriculum samples to schools
  • Work closely with 1-2 Renewal Account Managers on a daily basis
  • Maintaining customer information in Salesforce, the organization’s Customer Relations Management (CRM) tool
  • Developing own research project based on sales, education, or a related subject

Job requirements

  • Sophomore class or higher at a college/university or any year at graduate school
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects
  • Experience with one or more of the following is a plus: Excel, Microsoft Outlook SharePoint and/or Salesforce
  • Open to all undergraduate or graduate students interested in Sales and/or pursuing a degree in Business Administration seeking valuable work experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills needed.
  • Interest in K-12 education is a plus.
  • Must be located in the United States.


The base salary range for this position is $15.00/hr.
