Great Minds®, a rapidly growing challenger brand in the PK–12 instructional materials space, seeks an experienced Program Assistant—Images and Assets to support its popular Eureka Math® curriculum.

Our work is generally project-based and is a mix of collaborative and independent assignments.   • Assist the Chief Academic Officer of Mathematics and the entire Eureka Math team.
  • Maintain an accurate record of images used within curriculum documents.
  • Submit requests for new images and ensure that images fulfill the intentions of the curriculum writers.
  • Submit requests for permissions on images from external sources.
  • Ensure that image and permissions requests are completed in accordance with schedules and deadlines.
  • Assist program leadership with scheduling and communications.
  • Act as a liaison between the Eureka Math team and other departments.
  • Manage invoice submissions and processing of expense reports.
  • Create and edit presentations, documents, and reports as needed.
  • Support and/or contribute to the development of new curricular products, at times serving as the project manager for small projects.
  • Maintain a database of program FAQs.
  • Ensure that all work matches the house style guide, at times performing light editorial and formatting tasks.
  • Develop ongoing relationships with vendors focused on compilation images and photography-based images.
  • Supports team leadership with any duties as assigned.


Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technologies as needed

• Familiarity with graphic design, K–12 educational materials, and/or print production

• Experience with project and schedule management

• Quick study who is intellectually curious and pays high attention to details

• Willingness to learn and study the Eureka Math curriculum as well as company-specific procedures

This is a full-time position. Remote work opportunities are available.
