Job Purpose
As a Pre-Sales Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in pre-sales strategy, helping sales showcase the value of Great Minds' curricula. Working alongside our Sales and Success Go-to-Market teams, you will create and deliver sales presentations and pilot trainings and support, tailoring content to address regional and district-specific needs.
This role is an exceptional opportunity for skilled teachers, instructional coaches, or pre-sales specialists who are experienced in implementing a high-quality curriculum, to contribute to Great Minds’ organizational mission to ensure all students have access to a high-quality, knowledge-based education.

Manager, Pre-Sales Product Specialists
Responsibilities
Deliver compelling, market-driven sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of Great Minds' curricula.
Collaborate with field sales team members (RSMs, ASDs, ARs) to customize presentations based on regional and account-specific strategies.
Partner with ASMs in pre-sales customer conversations exploring solutions opportunities and pilot options.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and support pre-sales efforts, including strategy development, training, and preparation activities.
Facilitate pilot training sessions for educators and provide ongoing support to ensure successful pilot implementation aligned with account strategies.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of Great Minds' products and effectively connect them to educational trends, district priorities, and instructional best practices.
Collaborate effectively with internal sales teams while also taking initiative and working independently.
Stay current on educational trends, priorities, and pedagogy to inform strategic sales initiatives and client interactions.
Deliver live pre-sales webinars that are customized to district needs
Handle customer questions and overcome objections
Utilize knowledge of competitors products to better position Great Minds products
Job requirements
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience teaching, coaching, or pre-sales support
Experience working in educational sales or curriculum implementation
Proficiency with or alignment to Great Minds instructional design and pedagogy
Engaging presentation and communication skills
Deep understanding of educational curricula and instructional strategies
Ability to build rapport with educators and stakeholders at all levels
Strong organizational habits necessary for successful goal setting, project management, collective decision making, deadline execution, and record keeping
Ability to make solutions-oriented decisions through flexible thinking in an ambiguous, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Digital literacy, including Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack and PowerPoint
Attributes

Travel
The Pre-Sales Product Specialist may travel up to 80% of the time during peak sales times (Aug-Nov; Jan – May).
Based on the regional needs across Great Minds, occasional travel beyond this region is possible.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to fly and drive are required for this position. Must reside near a major airport.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$94,000, however the offered salary may be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations.. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
