The IT Project Manager plans, directs and coordinates activities for technology projects that spans IT Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure), SaaS applications (O365, Gsuite), and IT Security (Okta, Zscaler).

The ideal candidate will have strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization. We are seeking a self-starter, with a bias towards action, who can recognize and make process improvement recommendations.

The IT Project Manager will work closely with our rapidly-growing IT team, as well as key leadership across Technology teams and with third-party vendors and technology partners in planning, coordinating, executing and supporting a number of technology projects and initiatives.


  • This individual will be responsible for planning, documenting, managing, and coordinating project activities from initiation through delivery
  • Directs the work of the project team
  • Identifies and deploys resources required for projects
  • Translate technical requirements to high-level project goals
  • Functions as escalation to project teams to resolve issues
  • Create reports and dashboards within Jira and/or SmartSheet
  • Translate technical requirements to high-level project goals
  • Run administrative portions of project delivery from inception to closure
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and constantly manage customer expectations
  • Act as the central point of contact throughout the life of the project.
  • Establishes standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation
  • Maintains project tools


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
  • Be comfortable and adaptable to the needs of a rapidly growing organization with strong communication skills, work ethic, and a customer service mentality
  • 5+ years’ technology work experience and 2-3 years demonstrated information technology project management and experience across diverse application areas and technologies
  • Experience working in an agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment, facilitating release planning and project management
  • Working knowledge of Jira, SmartSheet or similar project management software
  • Demonstrated ability to set and manage priorities with multiple internal & external customers
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams


  • Project Management Certification and/or Scrum Master Certification.
  • Education industry experience
  • Must be able to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team, share workloads, and deal with sudden shifts in project priorities

This role can be performed anywhere in the US with the exception of Colorado
