Key Responsibilities

  • inventory partial and full receipts
  • inventory partial ships orders
  • depository documentation of contractual commitments
  • depository inventory tracking, transfers, sales, consignment
  • Intacct ISBN setup, review and tracking
  • Identification of missing data elements, cost, etc.
  • Documentation of key parties and contacts
  • end of week reporting, accomplishments, open items / roadblocks

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Team player, positive attitude
  • Highly organized and self-starter
  • Working knowledge of Intacct Accounting system and inventory
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Salesforce knowledge helpful

Seasonal
Location: Remote

This role can be performed anywhere in the US with the exception of Colorado
