Great Minds, a rapidly growing non-profit organization developing world class curricula for PK-12, seeks a Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic, dedicated team. Our mission is to ensure all students have access to a quality education and the full range of liberal arts and sciences.

Our English curriculum, Wit & Wisdom®, Eureka Math™, and PhD Science™, all give school teachers what they need to take students beyond rote learning to provide a deeper, more complete understanding of the humanities, mathematics, and the sciences.

The Human Resources Intern will gain valuable work experience in a fast-paced and challenging environment that provides opportunities to learn from the organization’s executives, participate in fun organization events, and meet other interns. Our interns work on real projects that impact our programs, giving them the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the future of our organization.


  • Assist the Human Resources team in organizing company data.
  • Conduct in-depth research focused on HR policies and practices.
  • Manage and complete long-term projects focused on company metrics.
  • Work collaboratively with members of the HR team and other members of Great Minds to complete tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 


Required Qualifications

  • Sophomore class or higher at a college/university or any year at graduate school.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills needed. 
  • Interest in K-12 education is a plus.

Selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check.
