The HRBP will blend strategy and tactical to ensure our people strategy is aligned with our company strategy and mission. By partnering with senior leaders across a variety of functions, you will advocate for Great Minds culture and values, coach leaders on building and managing teams, and facilitate effective hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices. As we are a rapidly growing company, we expect this role will be able to pivot from strategic conversations with leaders to managing tactical employee relations conversations.
This role is based in Washington, DC or Richmond, VA.
