Great Minds is seeking a self-motivated and highly organized Executive Assistant to be responsible for supporting the day-to-day agenda items for two C-Level executive leaders.

Ideally you will grow in this position and be able to contribute to presentations, meetings, and project management at a high level. We are based in Washington DC and Richmond and do not yet have a solidified date for a returning to the office regularly. We expect when we return, this role will be in the office two to three days per week.


  • Support the two C-Level executives in managing complex calendars, planning and organizing events and meetings, assisting teams in staying connected, and supporting various projects.
  • Ensure that all meetings and correspondences involving the team run smoothly and professionally, including taking meeting minutes and following up on action items.
  • Create and edit presentations, documents, spreadsheets and reports
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key internal stakeholders.
  • Project management of mission critical initiatives.
  • Drive team activities (e.g meeting agendas, off-site events).

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite


  • Full-time position
  • Location: Washington DC or Richmond area with two/three days in office per week.
  • Occasional travel in between Richmond and DC
  • Excellent benefits package

This role can be performed anywhere in the US with the exception of Colorado
