Responsibilities:

  • Develop compensation and total rewards philosophy to ensure alignment with our rapid business growth and HR
  • Analyze effectiveness and competitiveness of existing programs; establish and drive key metrics including usage, engagement, and cost analyses
  • Developing and monitoring KPIs in support of organizational scorecard
  • Innovate and react quickly as business and market realities change, staying up to date on best practices and trends and ensure compliance
  • Lead change management and communications of total rewards philosophy and practices with managers, team members.
  • Lead the team through regular benchmarking cycles to analyze and assess market data, industry trends, and best practices to create a competitive reward package
  • Establish and ensure key compensation, sales commission and benefit program metrics to understand the effective of our total rewards strategy
  • Lead annual strategic planning, in partnership with Finance, on company-wide rewards programs and budgets
  • Develop strategies to drive employee awareness and understanding of all compensation and benefit programs
  • Evaluate market trends and recommend revisions to company compensation and benefits plans
  • Design and develop salary range structures, career ladders and competencies
  • Strategize with the Talent Acquisition team to develop competitive offers rooted in market data and aligned with our compensation philosophy for new hires and existing employees

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, graduate degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in total rewards including compensation and benefits
  • Strong experience in equity planning
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to build employee centric rewards programs while balancing business goals and financial boundaries
  • Deep analytical skills with the ability to utilize data to influence decision making
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong communicator, both verbally and written
