Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager is an essential role tasked with helping to craft Great Minds' roadmap for employing digital strategies to help fulfill the organization's mission. Reporting to Chief Marketing Officer, the DMM will be responsible for creating, executing, maintaining and analyzing digital marketing initiatives to build awareness, acquire leads, support educators and parents, and drive engagement. Primary Responsibilities

  • Building and refining digital marketing capabilities including inbound marketing, SEO, outbound communication automation, SEM, social media, etc. across multiple platforms.
  • Developing and optimizing strategies for paid campaigns employing best-practices in keyword expansion, ad copy creation/execution, bid strategies, targeting, and tracking.
  • Tracking and analyzing results of digital marketing initiatives for continuous improvements and monthly/quarterly reporting.
  • Identifying and assessing new digital marketing opportunities and tactics to support growth.
  • Creating and/or coordinating creation of digital marketing assets.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for integrating data across platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Hubspot, Salesforce) to build/adopt responsive CRM platform.
  • Recommending digital strategies and tactics to achieve specific business goals.
  • Developing website strategies for optimum user experience
  • Overseeing website and social platform content planning and execution

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree (MBA) a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with strong command of Google Analytics, testing methodologies and tracking
  • In-depth experience managing complex ad campaigns (e.g. Adwords, Facebook Advertising)
  • Significant experience with website development, content planning and strategy

  • Inquisitive mind eager to explore and evaluate emerging digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking
  • Fastidious attention to detail but also able to see the big picture
  • Team player able to effectively lead or follow as situation demands
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with record of regularly meeting goals and deadlines
  • Data driven thinker
  • Command of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word as well as experience with Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of K-12 Education industry a plus
