Position Summary:

The Digital Implementation Manager will lead a team ensuring a successful customer on-boarding and digital implementation of Great Minds K-12 digital products. They will create optimal processes and systems for the team to work closely with schools and districts to determine the best on-boarding method for their needs, conduct training, monitor on-boarding process, and troubleshoot issues and requests as they arise. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, tech-savvy, flexible, a strong leader, and a team player with a passion for education and a history of success building and releasing products. At peak times, the manager will be needed to assist with handling customer issues alongside the team members.  This is an exceptional opportunity for a smart, dedicated, and passionate individual to apply his or her skills to support the business growth and mission of Great Minds. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-time (10 FTE) and seasonal employees (7 FTE):  
    • Analyze Salesforce dashboards and reports and review feedback to coach employees to improve their individual performance
    • Facilitate communication for escalated tickets with internal teams including digital, sales, and development teams
    • Create and maintain team-oriented and customer-friendly culture
    • Interview, train and hire staff as needed 
    • Conduct employee performance reviews on an annual basis 
    • Pending approval, this position may also manage two team supervisors who will have HR, training, and coaching responsibilities
  • Build infrastructure needed to respond effectively during peak season including: 
    • Create and continually improve SOPs for handling customer and technical issues
    • Develop and manage to KPI’s
    • Create Knowledge Base to capture commonly encountered issues
    • Develop ticketing workflow for efficient issue handling between teams
    • Lead training sessions for team on how to successfully onboard and implement Great Minds digital products
    • Maintain knowledge of product functionality and capabilities, along with industry standards and common practices for user management and inter-operability
  • Strategize with school and district administration on the best integration solution to meet their objectives and support them with technical questions
  • Troubleshoot customer issues with onboarding and access to the digital platform


  • 2+ years in managing a team of employees
  • 2+ years in an implementation, digital product development, or account management role in educational technology
  • Must be familiar with K-12 rostering, SIS and LMS solutions
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in K-12 education and/or K-12 EdTech

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree

The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. For residents of the State of Colorado the expected salary range for this position is $63,353.99 – $74,440.94. This range may vary above and below the expected amounts in the State of Colorado. In addition to the Company's benefit offerings, the position may be eligible for additional annual incentives at the Company's discretion. Any offered salary and other incentives are based on market data, applicant skills and relevant experience, degrees, certifications and internal equity considerations.
