Great Minds, a rapidly growing challenger brand in the Pk-12 instructional materials space, is seeking an experienced creative Copywriter to join our dynamic Marketing team. Job Purpose

Great Minds is looking for a smart, sophisticated wordsmith to tell our challenger brand story with style. Our ideal candidate has experience concepting and writing marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone who can take the complex and make it simple, is a bottomless well of ideas, and has writing/editing skills that are on point.

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit all kinds of content — video scripts, social posts, websites, ad campaigns, pitch decks, case studies, and op eds
  • Develop and pitch creative concepts
  • Write, edit, and proof internal docs
  • Help define, develop and embody the Great Minds voice and apply it enterprise wide
  • Work with team of designers to concept and produce content of all types

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of agency or client experience with a mix of B2B and B2C brands
  • Flexibility to juggle multiple projects and tight timelines
  • Ability to grasp and distill complex topics quickly
  • Diverse background across all types of content from email marketing to social media to digital advertising, websites and video content.
