Job Purpose

Great Minds is looking for a smart, sophisticated wordsmith to tell our challenger brand story with style. Our ideal candidate lives for a finely crafted sentence with just the right number of words. They have experience taking the complex and making it simple, a bottomless well of ideas, and writing/editing skills that are on point.
Responsibilities

  • Write and edit all kinds of content — video scripts, social posts, websites, ad campaigns, pitch decks, case studies, and op eds
  • Develop and pitch creative concepts
  • Write, edit, and proof internal docs
  • Help define, develop and embody the Great Minds voice and apply it enterprise wide
  • Work with team of designers to concept and produce content of all types

Requirements

  • 5+ years of agency or client experience with a mix of B2B and B2C brands
  • Flexibility to juggle multiple projects and tight timelines
  • Ability to grasp and distill complex topics quickly
  • Diverse background across all types of content from email marketing to social media to digital advertising, websites and video content.
