Job Purpose
The Finance Business Manager ensures department profitability and identifies problem areas. For each department under the Business Manager’s care, the Business Manager creates budgets, forecasts sales, performs regular analysis to inform the respective department head of opportunities to cut spending or develop ideas for expansion, and manages the overall financial picture.
