Role Overview
Great Minds is looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Services Planner in our Regional Services Operations teams. In this role, the individual will be responsible for supporting the preparation and close-out activities for professional learning services engagements in close partnership with the Lead Services Planner. This role helps ensure timely completion of work activities for staffing and preparation of services and maintains accurate and high-quality records. This role is primarily internal facing with some limited interaction with customers to confirm details and logistics in preparation for upcoming service sessions.

Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Act as partner to Lead Services Planner in support of the end-to-end process of scheduling, staffing, and completing professional learning services in assigned territories
- Track upcoming engagements and enter approved staffing plans into the scheduling tool and confirm assignments with coaches
- Maintain accurate and quality of records in the scheduling tool
- Lead preparation activities for service sessions, including communicating with customers to confirm service session details and logistics
- Arrange other session logistics, such as facilitation materials, and coordinate internally as needed
- Understand documentation requirements for each customer and develop proper and timely documentation
- Confirm completion of each session and trigger other close-out activities (e.g., Coaching Debrief)
- Conduct pre-invoicing process steps to trigger process for Accounting and coordinate with Accounting and Sales to resolve issues and follow through to resolution
- Ensure timely completion of preparation and close-out activities in accordance with service level agreements

- At least 1 year of experience in planning and coordinating professional learning or other services
- Highly detailed and process oriented and capable of managing many concurring items and quality and timely completion
- Commitment to meeting service level expectations
- Proactive communicator that looks ahead and identifies issues and risks to meeting customer needs and takes action to resolve
- Very strong customer-centric orientation with skills to effectively communicate and partner with other internal teams
- Team player with a commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity
Qualifications
- Passion for and commitment to the importance of high-quality, knowledge-rich curriculum and improving K-12 education in the US
- Familiarity with professional learning in the classroom with prior experience as teacher or services implementation coach / facilitator

The base salary range for this position is $46,000-$57,000, however the offered salary may be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations.. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
