The Analytics Specialist is responsible for the creation of reports and dashboard using various visualization tools like Salesforce reporting and dashboards, SQL Server Reporting Server, and Quicksite, Intacct’s native reporting, HubSpot’s native reporting, and Cvent’s native reporting.


The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical and analytical skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization. We are seeking a self-starter, with a bias towards action, who can recognize and make process improvement recommendations. You will also be self-motivated, team-oriented and passionate about technology and bringing a mindset of continuous improvement to the business operations. This is a cross-functional role that will support our rapidly-growing team, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and senior leadership.





  • Creation of reports and dashboards using various reporting tools
  • Work closely with teams to capture analytic requirements
  • Work with the development team to document key metric gaps needed for analytics
  • Documentation and Training sessions to teach users how to run and modify reports
  • Manage data quality for accurate analytics
  • Document and manage key terminology meanings for clear data interpretation


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Salesforce certification or progress towards certification via Trailhead
  • 3+ years of analytic experience with a strong understanding of query languages with both data-based reporting and data visualization
  • Technical and end-user documentation experience
  • Prior experience in requirement gathering and delivery expectations
