The Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager will focus on taking our current Accounts Receivable function and developing it to handle Great Minds growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded top performer who is willing to roll-up their sleeves and be a key contributor in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Assistant Controller; the AR Manager will manage the AR staff and be responsible for their timely preparation and distribution of invoices and owning collections. They will also be responsible for revenue recognition and all AR related reconciliations. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Intacct or a similar ERP system, Microsoft Excel, and other reporting tools.
